Here you will find vintage 33 1/3 rpm LP Albums that are guaranteed to bring back some memories. Music from Sinatra to Dylan, movie and TV soundtracks, celebrity covers, and novelty albums from the period. You don’t have to have a record player to be a record collector. Album covers and make wonderful nostalgic collectibles and frame up nicely for an excellent piece of memorabilia on the wall or they can display in a plate holder on the shelf.

RECORD AND COVER RATING GUIDE:
Most of our records and covers will fall in the 8, 9 & 10 rating. We don’t deal in anything less than a #6 unless it is REAL rare.
10. MINT - Record and cover/sleeve are perfect, like new, pristine and unused. Absolutely no flaws of any kind. Generally still sealed. Very few old records or covers/sleeves will make this rating.
9. NEAR MINT - Would be considered mint, except records in this rating, possibly have been played, but still look like brand new. Cover/sleeve might show minuscule spots of wear at seam, but one would have to look very hard to see anything.
8. VERY FINE - Excellent condition and very clean. Cover/sleeve shows only very minor wear at seam and/or corners. Record has been played, but there is not much evidence of use and certainly no scratches.
7. FINE - Very nice example. Only the slightest of surface wear on cover and/or some very minor wear at seam and/or corners. Record may show very minor use, possibility a minor hairline or two, but not audible. What most people call mint usually falls into this rating.
6. VERY GOOD - Cover/sleeve may have light wear at seam, corners, and possibly a small crease, scratch or a light smudge on surface, but very minor. Faint evidence of ring wear possibly starting to show. Record may show very light use from handling and a few hairline scratches, but still nothing audible.
5. GOOD - Cover/sleeve is still very presentable with some wear here and there, but nothing too serious. Still looks good in a frame. Ring wear still light, but becoming more evident. Light scratches in record could be audible, but nothing too bad.
4. FAIR - starting to show quite a bit of wear here and there, but still presentable. Possible tears at seams. Record shows use with scratches that will be somewhat obvious when played.
3 AND BELOW - Pretty much trashed. Don't waste your money.

Vintage versus New . . .
At the beginning of each record description, you will see the word VINTAGE or NEW. The word VINTAGE indicates you are purchasing an old original vinyl album that was produced in the 20th century. NEW indicates a reproduction or retro album that is currently available today.

	*VINTAGE* "Easy Rider", 1970s: Sound track from the movie of the same name. Features classic rock groups of the period such as Steppenwolf, The Byrds, Heddrix and many more. Cover features Peter Fonda and back has scenes from the movie including Jack Nicholson and Dennis Hopper. Dunhill label. Very fine to mint condition (cover rates #8, record rates #9-10). $15. 	*VINTAGE* "A Tribute To James Dean", 1950s: Features music from his three movies: "Rebel Without A Cause", "East of Eden", and "Giant". 	*VINTAGE* Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall in "Bold Adventure", 1970s : Radio style performance produced for the Humphrey Bogart Memorial Society. 	SOLD "This is Sinatra", late 1950s: Capitol label with hits including "I've Got The World on a String", "Love and Marriage", and "Young-at-Heart". Classic Sinatra cover photo. Very fine cover and fine record (cover rates #8, record rates #7). $15.
	SOLD "This is Sinatra, Volume Two", late 1950s: Follow up to the above. Capitol label with hits including "Everybody Loves Somebody", "Time After Time", and "Crazy Love". 	*VINTAGE* "The Searchers", 1960s: On the heels of the Beatles came the Searchers. Their first album on Mercury label with hits including "Hully Gully", "What'd I Say", and "Mashed Potato". 	SOLD Chubby Checker "Don't Knock The Twist", early1960s: Soundtrack for the movie by the same name. Also features The Dovells, The Carroll Brothers and Dee Dee Sharp. Parkway label with hits including "Twistin", "Bristol Stomp", and "Mashed Potato Time". Near mint cover with very fine record (cover rates #9, record rates #8). $15.
	SOLD "Buddy Holly and The Picks", 1986, STILL SEALED: This was meant to be the second album for the Chirping Crickets way back in 1958. The Picks were the original back up group for Buddy, and later became known as The Crickets. Buddy's voice has been overdubbed and the album consists of 10 never before released songs (cover and record both rate #10). $25.
	*VINTAGE* Patsy Cline "12 Greatest Hits", 1988: All of her classics are here: "Walking after Midnight", "Sweet Dreams", "Crazy" and 9 more just as good. MCA label. Mint condition (cover rates #10, record rates #9-10). $12. Shipping: Media rate with insurance, $5.95.

	SOLD "Teenage Dance Party", 1950s: Crown Records label. Featuring the Vido Musso Orchestra. Yes, that is Doug McClure before fame and fortune. Scarce. Both cover and record in fine condition (both cover and record rates #7). $35.
	*VINTAGE* Gene Vincent and His Blue Caps, "Blue Jean Bop", 1956: This is Vincent's first album and it is pretty hard to find. Classic Rockabilly. Price guides show it at over $300. Fine condition (both cover and record rate #7). $150. Shipping: Media rate with insurance, $7.95.
